Two integrated models for exploration and legacy data, built to support end-to-end exploration management.
Overview
The Database Management System incorporates two distinct database models. The EDBMS model focuses on company exploration data and critical project data. It extends core exploration drilling and surface sampling data to provide business logic for exploration management tasks, such as tenements, projects and prospect geometries, and to record campaigns and activities.
LDBMS model
The LDBMS model shares many of the tables with the EDBMS but is configured carefully to store data from disparate sources and persist careful tracking back to original data sources. It stores legacy tenure and report geometries, and is set up for LLM (large language models) embeddings to integrate AI workflows.

The database structure organises essential exploration data within a schema which is only as complicated as it needs to be. This design philosophy ensures a logical, transparent and intuitive data model.

The Portal
Overview
The Data Mining Solution's portal is a spatially enabled front-end which can be used to review open-source digital assets from the various Australian geological surveys and GA/CSIRO.
